Operations Lead & Sales Rep Commercial Kitchen Ventilation (Houston, TX)

Houston-based manufacturer and distributor of commercial kitchen ventilation equipment exhaust hoods, upblast fans, make-up air units is hiring a hands-on Operations Lead & Sales Rep to run day-to-day warehouse operations and grow dealer and contractor sales.

Operations (~50%)

• Own inventory accuracy: receiving, stock counts, staging orders
• Coordinate LTL freight palletizing, BOLs, carrier scheduling, will-call pickups
• Process and fulfill orders from our online store and phone/email
• Coordinate inbound container receiving and restocks

Sales (~50%)

• Field inbound quote requests; quote hood, fan, and MUA packages
• Outbound follow-up with contractors, dealers, and restaurant supply houses
• Keep CRM records current on every account and quote
• Support marketplace listings (Amazon/eBay) and dealer program growth

What we're looking for:2+ years in warehouse ops, inside sales, or restaurant equipment/HVAC; able to lift 50 lbs; forklift experience a plus; bilingual English/Spanish a plus; organized and comfortable owning a role end-to-end.

Comp:Weekly base salary + commission, paid weekly.
