Inventory Coordinator
Location:St. Paul, MN
Pay:$24/hour
Schedule:Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
We are hiring an Inventory Coordinator to support warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling activities.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and accurately store materials in the warehouse
- Prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures
- Label and meter packages using various freight systems
- Process orders using an ERP system
- Maintain accurate inventory and ensure materials are delivered to the appropriate areas on time
- Assist with shipping and receiving as needed
- Prepare daily materials for upcoming distribution activities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse
- Follow quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable and able to follow established procedures
