Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online inquiries
- Enter and maintain customer information with a high degree of accuracy
- Process orders, update accounts, and resolve customer concerns
- Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy
- Maintain electronic records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely service and issue resolution
- Handle administrative tasks and support daily office operations
Qualifications- Previous customer service, administrative, or data entry experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
- Positive attitude and strong team-oriented mindset
