Relationship Sales Representative
About the Role
We are looking for a salesperson who wants to build a territory. You'll inherit an existing book of business, but the primary opportunity in this role is growth. We want someone who enjoys prospecting, opening doors, developing new relationships, and turning those relationships into long-term customers. You must be able to demonstrate how you’ve grown a previous territory or business.
This isn't transactional, quote-and-move-on selling. Our most successful salespeople build genuine relationships with their customers and become trusted resources over time. We believe the same qualities that make someone great at maintaining customer relationships, curiosity, persistence, responsiveness, and genuine interest in people, also make them great at developing new ones.

We manufacture stickers and labels, but what we really sell is reliability, responsiveness, consistency, and long-term partnership.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Prospect for new customers through phone calls, email, networking, referrals, and other outreach.
- Spend time understanding each customer's business, needs, challenges, and buying patterns.
- Follow up consistently and proactively rather than waiting for customers to reach out.
- Turn first-time customers into repeat customers through excellent communication and service.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships.
- Prepare quotes, follow up on opportunities, and move prospects through the sales process.
- Work closely with production and art to make sure customer expectations are met.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and take ownership of solving problems.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
- Build a pipeline of future business rather than focusing only on immediate orders.

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission (Discussed in interview process)
