Compensation:$18.50 - $23.50 hourly
Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain scale equipment to ensure accurate weight measurements for all shipments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries and ensuring a smooth transaction process.
- Organize and stage materials efficiently to prepare for loading and shipment, maintaining a tidy and safe workspace.
- Coordinate with the dispatcher to schedule and prioritize shipments, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment, adhering to safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations, fostering a supportive and productive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management, contributing to effective stock management and replenishment strategies.
