As a Grill Cook or Assistant Grill Cook, you’ll play a key role in delivering the exceptional flavors and quality that Anmol is known for. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking a variety of grilled dishes with precision and consistency.
• Ensuring all food meets our high standards for quality and presentation.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assisting with food prep, inventory management, and kitchen organization as needed.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs as part of daily tasks (e.g., moving supplies, equipment, or ingredients).

We’re seeking candidates who are passionate about cooking and committed to excellence. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:

• 1 year of experience (preferred) in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume kitchen or catering environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, but not required.
