Nathan Trotter & Co. is launching an exciting new manufacturing operation in Martinsville, Virginia, and we're looking for experienced Instrument Technicians II (Electrical) to join our Maintenance team.
In this role, you'll help maintain the electrical, instrumentation, and automated control systems that keep our manufacturing operation running safely, efficiently, and reliably. Schedule: Monday – Friday (7AM to 3PM)
Location: Onsite | Martinsville, VA

Position Classification: Non-Exempt
Pay Range: $32/hr - $44/hr + shift differential
Reports To: Maintenance Superintendent

This role ensures that electrical systems, instrumentation, and automated controls operate at peak efficiency, minimizing downtime while supporting safe, continuous production. Working closely with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance, you'll play a key role in troubleshooting complex equipment, improving system reliability, and supporting continuous improvement throughout the facility.
