Groundskeeper

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable groundskeeper to support the day to-day operations and facilities maintenance of our 38-acre condominium property. This role is responsible for keeping the buildings & grounds clean, safe, and well-maintained through daily care and ongoing maintenance projects, ensuring the property remains in excellent condition while supporting resident satisfaction and Board objectives. The ideal candidate works independently, takes initiative, and can troubleshoot and complete repairs with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Knowledge of landscaping, including the care of grass, flowers, trees & shrubs.
• Knowledge of the standard tools, materials and practices used in building & grounds maintenance.
• Knowledge of pool maintenance.
• Ability to work outdoors for long periods of time in inclement weather.
• Ability to work independently and perform a variety of routine tasks in the care and general maintenance of buildings, grounds and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one 1 years of experience in buildings and grounds management.

Requirements

Must have a valid Wisconsin driver’s license at the time of hire and maintain a valid driver’s license for the duration of employment.

You are occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
