Automotive Store Manager

Store Located: United Tire & Service - Exton PA

We are seeking a Automotive Service Manager with high customer service skills to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the service team along with 1 other manager in a high-volume, service-driven business. Making sure the store runs efficiently and is up to company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Exceptional customer service skills are our first priority.
• Supervise service team of workers
• Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
• Train and evaluate employees
• Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
• Resolve escalated customer complaints

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive service experience is a must, customer service, and strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Prior management of service teams expected.
• Strong leadership qualities
