Each evening, you arrive at our New Castle, DE distribution facility ready to be the steady hand behind accurate stock. As a Warehouse Inventory Control Specialist on the 2nd Shift, you’ll translate what’s on the shelf into what’s on the screenkeeping our operation humming and our customers happy.
A Day in the Life
- Walk the aisles to verify counts, reconcile on-hand quantities, and keep product visibility crystal clear.
- Run frequent cycle counts and spot audits to uphold near-perfect inventory accuracy.
- Jump in with the inbound and warehouse teams to receive, stow, pick, and move product as needed.
- Partner with teammates to refine procedures and remove bottlenecks for faster, smarter flow.
- Use inventory management software to record movements, post adjustments, and maintain real-time data integrity.
- Escalate discrepancies immediately so they’re resolved at the source.
- Keep your zone tidy and safe, following facility safety standards at all times.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
- Required: prior experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
- Meticulous attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
- Comfort working independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.
- Familiarity with inventory/WMS tools and solid basic computer proficiency.
- Strong organizational habits and time-management discipline.
- Capability to lift heavy items and handle routine physical tasks.
Compliance
A clean fingerprint criminal background clearance is required.
