HVAC Installer – Greg Hahn Heating and Air

Greg Hahn Heating and Air is looking for an experienced and dependable HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC installation and at least 5 years of construction experience.

Position Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of construction experience
  • Previous HVAC installation experience preferred
  • Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
  • Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications
  • Experience with ductwork, equipment installation, refrigerant lines, electrical connections, and HVAC components
  • Ability to safely use hand and power tools
  • Strong understanding of construction practices and job-site safety
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers and other contractors
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to work in various weather and job-site conditions

Responsibilities

  • Install residential and commercial HVAC equipment
  • Install and modify ductwork and related components
  • Run and connect refrigerant lines, electrical wiring, drains, and other HVAC components
  • Assist with equipment start-up, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Follow plans, specifications, and manufacturer requirements
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
  • Ensure installations are completed safely, correctly, and according to company standards
