Your Responsibilities
- Execute routine maintenance and corrective repairs on commercial HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and controls problems to restore optimal operation.
- Install HVAC equipment and systems in accordance with industry standards.
- Deliver prompt responses to service calls with exceptional customer care.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts utilized.
- Coordinate with team members to streamline scheduling and service outcomes.
- Proactively track industry advancements and new HVAC technologies.
- Follow all safety procedures and applicable regulations rigorously.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical certification preferred.
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
- Strong command of HVAC systems, controls, and diagnostic techniques.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with local HVAC codes and regulations.
- EPA certification is a plus.
