Shift & Schedule: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours/Week | Every Other Weekend | Rotating Holidays

Pay Rate: $80 - $85/hr
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery RN to provide comprehensive obstetric nursing care, including patient assessment, individualized care planning, medication administration, and fetal monitoring.
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Current Massachusetts RN License.
BLS and ACLS certifications.
Current NRP certification.
Successful completion of the CCH Pharmacology Exam.
Documented attendance at a Fetal Monitor Course every 2 years (Intermediate or Advanced).
Recent OB experience within the last 2 years.
Must read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
BSN and CPI certification preferred.
Responsibilities
Deliver patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
Perform comprehensive physical, psychological, and social assessments.
Develop and initiate individualized plans of care.
Communicate pertinent patient information with the healthcare team.
Direct and guide patient care and ancillary personnel.
Demonstrate proficiency in the charge nurse role.
Maintain accurate and current patient records using computerized nursing systems.
Serve as a resource for patient care, staff orientation, and education.
Participate in quality improvement and patient-care evaluation activities.
Follow safety, blood/body-fluid, and confidentiality policies.
Maintain professional development and current knowledge of applicable techniques and regulations.
Provide excellent service to patients, families, visitors, and coworkers.
