Product Transfer Engineer

Job Title: Product Transfer Engineer
Location: Kalamazoo, MI

Duration:12/ 24+ Months with extension

Project Overview
Support the transfer of approximately 137 currently manufactured products from the existing UMC supplier to ELOS.
Determine the appropriate path for each product:
Insourcing to Builing 4100
Transfer to new supplier sites in Sweden, Germany, or China
Support key transfer activities, including:
Print and design reviews
Design updates and alternate component selection
PPAP planning and completion
DHF/DMR updates
IQ, OQ, EQ, and other qualification activities
Manufacturing process and material flow development
Inspection plans and related manufacturing documentation
Coordinate and align with suppliers and cross-functional project teams to execute product transfer activities.
Ensure all activities follow client GQO QMS requirements, including applicable change-control and ECR processes.
Communicate with project management and leadership to ensure tasks, timelines, and priorities remain aligned.
