Associate Attorney
We are searching for a talented Associate Attorney to assist with managing a diverse portfolio of civil matters. All work will be performed under the direction and supervision of a senior attorney.
Associate Attorney Responsibilities:
- Consulting with clients.
- Conducting legal research.
- Drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, and transactional documents.
- Representing clients at meetings, hearings, and trials.
- Ensuring data obtained during interactions with clients remain confidential and those files are stored securely.
- Reporting on hours spent on each assignment.
- Other tasks as assigned by a senior attorney.
Associate Attorney Requirements:
- Juris doctor degree from ABA accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Alabama.
- Two years’ experience preferred
- This position is in Mobile, Alabama. The position is not eligible for remote work.
