The mission
Operate CO2, Yag, or Flat Cut laser systems to machine high-precision components at our Oconomowoc or Menomonee Falls, WI sites. You’ll blend technical rigor with craftsmanship to meet exacting customer specs.
How you’ll contribute
- Use sketches, setup sheets, and job travelers to set up accurate laser operations.
- Launch and oversee laser cycles, quickly diagnosing malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditions.
- Identify and escalate process variation, sequence gaps, and dimensional/finish issues.
- Perform in-process and final checks with micrometers, pin gages, and verniers to verify conformance.
- Deburr components to meet finish and performance criteria.
What you’ll need
High school diploma or GED and a minimum of two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
