Job Title: Assistant Superintendent

Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 Base Salary
About the Role
We're working with a vertically integrated real estate development and construction company seeking an Assistant Superintendent for an active project in Doral.
The company develops, builds, owns, and manages its properties and is continuing to grow its internal construction team.
This is a field-focused role for someone who wants to continue developing their career while working directly alongside an experienced project team. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable thinking for themselves and taking initiative in the field.
Spanish fluency is required for this position.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support day-to-day field operations and site supervision.
- Assist with coordinating subcontractors and day-to-day field activities.
- Help maintain project schedules and keep work progressing in the field.
- Assist with monitoring jobsite safety, quality control, and compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with the Superintendent, project management team, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Assist with field documentation, inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
- Identify field issues and help resolve problems before they impact the project.
- Take increasing ownership of field responsibilities as experience develops.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on construction field experience.
- Experience with multifamily, commercial, retail, and/or high-end luxury construction.
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive and able to think independently in a fast-moving field environment.
- Comfortable coordinating with subcontractors and field personnel.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Able to work onsite in Doral, Florida.
Compensation
Base Salary: $90,000–$110,000
Compensation will depend on experience and overall qualifications.
