Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: Riverside, MO

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, preferably with injection or blow molding.
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience in beverage, food, or liquid consumer products is preferred.
- Extensive experience and knowledge of CMMS systems and maintenance processes.
- Strong knowledge of GMPs, sanitation standards, and FDA/SQF requirements.
- Knowledge of various production-line equipment, including debagging systems, tray packaging systems, fillers, labelers, palletizers, and conveyors. Krones experience is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience managing teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with responsibility for production, safety, quality, and continuous improvement objectives.
- Ability to work flexible hours across multiple shifts.
- Previous management experience with strong facilitation, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills.
- Effective negotiation skills with the ability to listen and collaborate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate energy and accountability.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CMMS applications and usage.
Essential Functions:
- Direct and assist employees or contractors performing painting and structural repairs to machinery, masonry, woodwork, furnishings, and facility structures.
- Direct and assist employees or contractors with grounds and facility maintenance, including repairs to concrete, masonry, ceilings, floors, walls, loading docks, driveways, electrical fixtures, and related areas.
- Manage requisitions for equipment, materials, and supplies required by the department and facility.
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with blueprints, specifications, quality standards, and company requirements.
- Conduct Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and Arc Flash training and participate in accident investigations.
- Establish and adjust work procedures to meet production schedules and coordinate staffing requirements.
- Recommend improvements to working conditions, equipment utilization, and maintenance processes to increase crew efficiency.
- Assist with interviewing, hiring, and termination activities as needed.
- Train, coach, and develop employees to improve performance and technical capabilities.
- Handle disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Review employee timesheets and perform other payroll-related functions.
- Review monthly financial reports and participate in financial conference calls.
- Assist with departmental budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.
