What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children and make a meaningful impact on their development every day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision

• Implement individualized treatment plans

• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills

• Collect and maintain accurate session data

• Implement behavior intervention strategies

• Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors

• Support clients in achieving measurable progress toward their goals

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification in good standing

• Minimum 6 months of ABA experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to make a difference
