Required Experience:
Strong experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Identity & Access Management (IAM) technologies.
Background in IT Security, authentication, and access control solutions.
Experience troubleshooting complex incidents and providing Level 3 support.
Experience creating technical documentation and test plans/scripts.
Experience with Postman and automated testing is preferred.
Previous experience supporting enterprise-scale or global IT environments is highly preferred.
Experience with authentication platforms such as OpenText Advanced Authentication or similar solutions is a plus.
