Childcare- Infant

We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and dedicated Infant Childcare Provider to join our team in Jackson, TN. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants during their most critical stages of early development. You will work closely with families to ensure each child's unique emotional, physical, and developmental needs are met with the highest standard of care.

Provide attentive, high-quality care to infants, including feeding, diapering, and maintaining consistent sleep schedules.

• Implement age-appropriate sensory and developmental activities to stimulate cognitive, emotional, and physical growth.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and completely safe environment for infants to explore and play.
• Observe and document daily activities, milestones, and routines, communicating effectively and regularly with parents.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Associate degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education or Child Development.
• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.
• Familiarity with Tennessee childcare licensing regulations and standards.
