Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Work under direction and report to Distribution Manager
• Learn system software, prior experience with Brightree very helpful
• Learn products and supplies that company provides, make recommendations to case managers and clients based on individual needs
• Resolve problems with deliveries or products and speak directly with clients and case managers for information
• Keep thorough records in client file, detailed notations are required
• Report any delivery failures or issues to Distribution Manager
• Work with Distribution and Billing to resolve issues
• Interact with Case Managers and Clients
• Become familiar with and observe all H.I.P.A.A. Compliance Rules
• Daily filing as per procedure and any other tasks

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years general office skills
• High school graduate or possess G.E.D
• Must be detail oriented and accurate
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, co-workers, and other health care professionals
• Excellent customer and client service skills
• Enjoy small, quiet office setting
• Must be able to pass a Level 2 Background Screening (required)
• Good organizational skills
