Job Title: Collections Analyst

Pay Rate: $26.00 [Weekly Pay]
Shift Timings: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM [Monday to Friday]
Contract Duration: 12 Months [Temp-To-Hire]
Job Description:
- Act as a liaison between customers and creditors to collect outstanding payments.
- Monitor assigned accounts and follow up on overdue balances.
- Contact customers to initiate the payment recovery process and resolve outstanding issues.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and develop repayment plans to maximize collections.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate account and collection records.
