The Bradley Group is seeking a skilled Laser/Plasma Cutter Operator for a 2nd shift. This role entails operating laser and plasma cutting machinery with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor laser and plasma cutting machines to produce high-quality parts
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate cuts
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
- Work efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Required Qualifications
- Previous laser operator experience is required
- Reliable and dependable work ethic
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Commitment to safety and quality
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with plasma cutting machines
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment maintenance
