Mission
Maintain, improve, and evolve our automation ecosystemfrom Fanuc robots and PLCs to SCADA/HMI interfacesso production stays safe, stable, and continuously advancing.
Impact Areas
- Reliability: Execute preventative and predictive maintenance across automation assets.
- Innovation: Design, program, troubleshoot, and upgrade machinery and control systems.
- Precision: Repair electrical components (switches, motors, relays, sensors) and validate performance.
- Documentation: Produce wiring and PLC drawings to engineering requirements.
- Commissioning: Test, install, and integrate PLCs, HMIs, drives, servos, and robotic controllers.
- Connectivity: Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize industrial networks.
- CI Culture: Join cross-functional problem-solving teams; occasional travel to sister sites.
- Standards: Uphold safety procedures and GMP; follow company policies and recognized practices.
- PM Discipline: Run preventive maintenance programs and keep meticulous records.
- Instrumentation: Install, maintain, and calibrate measurement/control devices as required.
- Enablement: Train production teams on proper operation and care of automation.
- Root Cause: Analyze downtime and operator feedback to drive lasting fixes.
- Flexibility: Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Direct, hands-on experience with Fanuc PLCs and Fanuc robots.
- Preferred experience: Wonderware, SCADA, Ignition.
- Associate degree in Technology/Electrical/Electronics/Electro-Mechanical or equivalent certification preferred; or 3+ years of related experience.
- Knowledge of PLCs, robotics, servos/VFDs, vision cameras/RFID scanners, and electro-mechanical systems.
- Ability to read schematics; comfortable with precision measuring/inspection equipment.
- Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate math proficiency.
- Interpersonal skills to train and support colleagues in other departments.

- Speak clearly to convey precise instructions.
- Hearing capability of no less than 40 dB at 500 Hz, 100 Hz, and 2000 Hz with or without correction; able to discern subtle sound differences.
- Repetitive motions of arms, hands, and fingers.
- Vision to analyze data and detect small defects at close range.
- Medium Work: up to 50 lbs occasionally; 20 lbs frequently; 10 lbs constantly.
Working Environment
- Combination of indoor and outdoor work areas.
- May encounter heat above 100F for periods over one hour.
- Exposure to noise and vibration (extremities/whole body).
- Potential contact with moving mechanical parts, electrical current, chemicals, oils, and cutting fluids.
- Possible fumes, odors, dusts, mists, gases, or limited ventilation.
