Responsibilities:- Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and guest satisfaction
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Manage labor scheduling, food costs, and overall P&L to meet financial targets
- Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance standards
- Drive sales growth through local marketing initiatives and exceptional customer service
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to control costs
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that reduces turnover and boosts morale
Requirements:- 2+ years of restaurant or food & beverage management experience required
- Proven track record of managing P&L, labor, and food cost controls
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with POS systems and restaurant operations software
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
