Restaurant Assistant General Manager

The Restaurant Assistant General Manager reports to the General Manager and supports multiple shift teams. This role contributes to restaurant performance through effective bar management and profit and loss oversight, with an opportunity to advance to General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage bar operations across multiple shift teams.
• Monitor and support profit and loss performance.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to support restaurant operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience.
