West End Tavern is looking for a talented, driven, and enthusiastic FULL TIME
Server.
Servers are responsible for articulating the passion of each plate. You will be helping to create exceptional, memorable experiences for our customers during their visit. Selfless and personable hospitality should ooze from you; this is far more than serving the tables in your section, taking dine-in and to-go orders, delivering beverages in a timely fashion, managing your running side work, and resolving customer issues. You must exude ‘Southern’ hospitality, have an award winning smile, be warm, personable, detail oriented and navigate our guests' needs. If you are the ultimate party starter, eager to learn, cool under pressure and adaptable... Let's have some FUN!

Here’s the Skinny:
- Full-Time
- Must Be able to Work weekends
- Must be able to work Holidays
- Must LOVE People
- Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer need
- Previous experience as a server
- Ability to memorize all the ingredients in both the menu as well as daily/weekly specials
- Beer Server/Cicerone Certification is preferred, Whiskey/Bourbon/Brown spirits experience a plus
- Team Service Tip Pool Model (we share tips among all hourly employees!)
- Hourly wage with tips $22-$27 per hour (with opportunity to earn more!)
- TIPS and/or Responsible Alcohol Service Certification (we’ll provide training!)
