Operations Coordinator

Pay: $20-$22/hr | Temp-to-Hire

Onsite Jacksonville, FL | 8am to 4:30pm

Join our team as a Contact Center Operations Coordinator, supporting contact center performance reporting and invoice processing. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Excel skills who is interested in reporting, analytics, business operations, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and scorecards.
  • Analyze contact center metrics and provide clear, executive-ready insights.
  • Create dashboards, presentations, and reporting materials for leadership.
  • Process PO-based invoices in SAP and support invoice tracking and resolution.
  • Partner with Operations, Finance, Quality, Training, and Technology teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of reporting, operations, analyst, finance, or administrative experience.
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleanup, reporting).
  • Experience creating reports, presentations, and tracking KPIs.
  • SAP, Power BI, Tableau, invoice processing, contact center metrics, or AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot are a plus.
