Job Summary
We are hiring a Countertop Installer/Installer Helper/Carpenter to join our growing team. This is a fulltime,
hands-on position installing granite, quartz, and other stone countertops in residential and commercial settings.
No experience? We’re willing to train dependable candidates with a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
Assist with installation of granite, quartz, and stone countertops
Remove existing countertops (laminate, solid surface, etc.)
Carry, lift, and position heavy stone materials (team lifting required) - Mechanical assistance provided
Help with seams, leveling, and finishing work
Operate hand tools and power tools (grinders, polishers, saws)
Maintain clean and safe job sites
Provide professional customer interaction on-site
What We're Looking For
Construction or trade experience preferred (not required for helpers)
Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physical labor daily
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Company Vehicle Provided
Strong attendance and reliability required
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications - ISG Will Train Dependable Candidate
Previous countertop installation experience
Experience with granite, quartz, or marble
Ability to read measurements and templates

Earning Power: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (starting pay based on experience).
