The Production Control Clerk plays a vital role in managing and coordinating production schedules within a large team of eight or more members. This position involves direct communication with the production team and CSR's
MUST HAVE WORKED IN A MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT FOR A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in production control IN A MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proficient in data entry and production scheduling
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and time management abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Schedule production activities to meet operational deadlines
- Enter and update production data accurately and timely
- Track orders and maintain order records
- Generate and analyze production reports
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
- Maintain thorough documentation related to production
- Coordinate tasks between shop supervisors/lead people, warehouse staff, and management
- Must be computer literate with excel and other Microsoft platforms
