Compensation: $200,000 – $280,000 Base Salary + Bonus Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the senior financial leader and trusted advisor to ownership, providing guidance on growth strategy, financial performance, and business planning.
  • Lead all finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong fiscal management across the organization.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning efforts to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to help ensure financial stability and support future growth initiatives.
  • Evaluate capital needs and financing opportunities, including banking relationships and funding strategies.
  • Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insight, performance analysis, and recommendations that improve business results.
  • Oversee key external relationships, including financial institutions, insurance providers, tax advisors, and auditors.
  • Strengthen internal controls, reporting processes, systems, and financial workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and accuracy.
  • Build, mentor, and develop the finance team while creating the structure and capabilities needed to support continued organizational growth.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline required.
  • Significant experience leading finance and accounting functions, with a proven track record of progressive leadership responsibility.
  • Strong ability to translate operational performance and business drivers into financial insights and recommendations.
  • Deep understanding of project-based accounting, cost management, forecasting, and financial controls within a complex operating environment.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and financial technologies, including implementing process and system improvements.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, cash flow management, risk assessment, and strategic decision-making.
  • Experience supporting business expansion initiatives, strategic transactions, or complex organizational change is beneficial.
  • Collaborative leadership style with the ability to partner effectively across finance, operations, and executive leadership teams.
