Description:
The Tree Trimmer is responsible for performing tree trimming and general landscape maintenance while following company and safety procedures. This position works outdoors and requires the safe use of landscaping and tree-trimming tools and equipment.
Essential Duties
- Trim and prune trees, branches, and shrubs as directed.
- Remove dead, damaged, or overgrown branches.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and tree-trimming equipment safely.
- Assist with cleanup and removal of branches, debris, and green waste.
- Perform general landscape maintenance when tree-trimming work is not scheduled.
- Follow all company safety procedures and use required PPE.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe condition.
- Follow supervisor instructions and report safety hazards or equipment issues.

Requirements
- Previous landscaping or tree-trimming experience preferred.
- Ability to safely operate landscaping and tree-trimming equipment.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors, including lifting, bending, climbing, and working for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Comfortable working around trees, ladders, and elevated work areas as required by the position.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
