Complete scheduled facilities and equipment preventative maintenance.
Complete basic building repairs such as electrical, plumbing, dry wall and painting.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment such as forklifts, air compressors, lift tables, motors, sanders, grinders and drill presses.
Perform routine maintenance such as sweeping, cleaning, replacing light bulbs and emptying shop trash.
Read and interpret equipment manuals to facilitate operations and maintenance.
Complete daily, weekly and monthly functional evaluations and safety checklists.
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of mechanical maintenance procedures for various equipment.
Knowledgeable in the operation of forklift, scissor lift, boom lift or cranes.
Ability to troubleshoot basic electromechanical equipment.
Knowledge of basic plumbing and electric.
Knowledge of basic air compressors.
Ability to provide and use basic hand tools.
Ability to work at heights of 40 feet or more.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
Ability to effectively communicate with leadership and functional departments.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage projects and tasking.
