We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Operators to join our advanced manufacturing team in Bloomington, Minnesota. In this role, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, handling precision components, monitoring quality standards, and supporting a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and automated manufacturing equipment.
- Assemble small, precision components according to work instructions and specifications.
- Perform visual inspections and quality checks throughout the production process.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues to supervisors or maintenance personnel.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with 5S practices.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or machine operation experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, and repetitive hand movements.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise and moving equipment.
Schedule
- 6:30am to 6:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and every other Thursday.
- 6:30pm to 6:30am Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and every other Thursday.
Benefits:
- Health care insurance benefits available first of the month following 60 days of employment. Thirty (30) hours worked per week must be averaged in order to maintain coverage. 401k enrollment is available per the Secure Act guidelines.
