Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Programmer with expertise in Mastercam and CNC Mill and Lathe operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with blueprint reading and programming, particularly with Haas brand machines, although this is not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC Mill and Lathe programs using Mastercam.
• Interpret and work from blueprints to create precise machining instructions.
• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes.
• Maintain and update programming software to the latest versions as needed.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Mastercam programming, with experience in the latest version.
• Strong experience in CNC Mill and Lathe operations, preferably with Haas machines.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience with machining, particularly with stainless steel materials.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish preferred, but not required.
• Familiarity with CNC setup processes.

Work Environment

This position is located in a manufacturing setting. The shop is well-maintained and organized, providing a conducive environment for precision machining. The role operates on a 1st shift basis, promoting work-life balance.

This is a Contract position based out of El Monte, CA.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $47.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
