Restaurant Line Cook

We are seeking a Restaurant Line Cook to prepare Latin cuisine during service while maintaining consistent quality, presentation, and food safety standards. Reporting to the Chef de Cuisine, this role offers cross-training across stations, a pathway toward Sous Chef, and ongoing culinary development.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize assigned stations before service.
• Prepare ingredients for Latin menu items.
• Cook orders accurately and efficiently during service.
• Plate dishes according to presentation standards.
• Maintain consistent portion control.
• Follow food safety procedures and standards.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation and cleanliness.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of line cooking experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knife skills.
• Food preparation experience.
• Grill cooking experience.
• Fryer operation experience.
• Food safety knowledge.
