People Source is looking to hire motivated and ready to work Construction Laborers for a long term, 6 days a week operation, building a Data Center.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, and organizing materials.
- Perform physical labor such as lifting heavy materials
- Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision, including hand tools, drills, and forklifts (If you are certified)
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and reporting hazards promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
What we are looking for
- Forklift Experience - Preferred but not required
- Ability to be on your feet up to 12 hours a day
- Ability to work 6 days a week
- Flexible to work both day or night shifts
- Have or be able to complete an OSHA 10 Certified Course
