This role supports a team-focused manufacturing operation that produces steel components for major commercial and industrial construction projects. You will work directly with steel materials, operate production machinery, and assist with general production tasks in a fast-paced environment. Entry-level and experienced candidates are welcome, and comprehensive training is provided for those new to manufacturing.

Work EnvironmentThe role is based in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility that can become very hot during the summer months, so you should be comfortable working in varying temperatures. All new hires complete training on 1st shift for approximately 1 to 4 weeks before moving to their assigned shift. A typical 2nd shift schedule runs Monday through Thursday from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM and Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with an additional shift differential for off-shift employees. Overtime is communicated the Thursday prior to the workweek and is typically scheduled before or after your regular shift; occasional Saturday work may be required, and shifts may extend up to 10 hours. You will work with steel materials, production machinery such as shears, presses, and saws, and a variety of hand and power tools in a fast-paced, industrial environment that emphasizes safety, teamwork, and productivity.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $32.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
