Job Title: General Labor / Material Handler

Location: On-site Pooler GA

Shift:

1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 4:30PM - 1:00AM

Pay Rate: $15.00- $15.50 / hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable General Labor / Material Handler associates to join our team in a fast-paced distribution center environment. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations, ensuring inventory is safely moved, organized, and staged for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload merchandise efficiently from containers and trailers.

  • Move, stage, sort, and handle materials throughout the warehouse floor.

  • Perform general material-handling duties as directed by site leadership.

  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Must be able to continuously lift, push, pull, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.

  • Strong reliability, punctual attendance, and team-oriented mindset.

  • Prior warehouse or material handling experience is a plus, but not required.

    Warehouse Dress Code & General Requirements

  • Closed-toe shoes are required. Safety shoes or work shoes should be worn where required by the site.
  • Wear clean, work-appropriate clothing suitable for a warehouse environment. Clothing must allow safe movement and must not create a snagging hazard.
  • No loose or excessively baggy clothing, open-toe shoes, sandals, slippers, or high heels.
  • Long hair should be secured when working near machinery or material-handling equipment.
  • Required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety vests or other site-issued equipment, must be worn as directed.
  • Clothing or accessories with offensive, unsafe, or inappropriate wording or graphics are not permitted.
  • Employees must follow all site safety, security, attendance, and conduct rules while on assignment.
