- Multi-state tax experience preferred
- Strong tax research, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Who We Are Looking For
Technical knowledge is essential, but drive, ownership, and accountability are equally important.
We want someone who takes ownership of the tax department's deliverables, meets deadlines without constant follow-up, investigates discrepancies, asks intelligent questions, and understands the connection between the client's financial statements, tax return, and tax planning strategy.
This person should not simply roll forward last year's return or accept a tax strategy because it appears on a checklist. We want someone who evaluates whether the position is appropriate for the client, understands the tax implications, and can confidently explain the recommendation.
We want someone who asks:
“Does this make sense, is it supportable, and are we maximizing the client's opportunities?”
