Aerotek is hiring Production Associates to join a global leader in electronics manufacturing and product development, in Nampa, Idaho. As a Production Associate, you will play a key role in assembling, inspecting, and testing electronic products that support a variety of industries, including healthcare, industrial, and communications technology.

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components using detailed work instructions
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and accuracy
• Operate basic production and assembly equipment
• Follow standardized manufacturing procedures and safety guidelines
• Work in a fast-paced team environment to meet daily production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support quality and continuous improvement initiatives

• Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude
• High school diploma or GED preferred

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, ID.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
