Responsibilities:
  • Generate and follow up on leads daily to build a robust client base.
  • Attend weekly coaching sessions to enhance your skills and confidence.
  • Set appointments with potential buyers and sellers as your network expands.
  • Nurture client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
  • Manage your CRM effectively to track progress and meet personal and team goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for success.
  • Participate in training sessions focused on communication and client service excellence.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
  • Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve goals.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain and update CRM systems accurately.
  • Willingness to attend regular training and coaching sessions to enhance skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team to share insights and strategies for success.
