Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
This role supports a busy warehouse environment by performing material handling, picking, packing, and general labor tasks while working safely around active forklift traffic and racking systems up to 40 feet high. You will operate stand-up forklifts and other powered equipment, use RF scanners to manage inventory, and ensure orders are accurately assembled, packaged, and prepared for shipment across multiple departments.

Work Environment
You will work in a large, active warehouse with approximately 100 colleagues in the building and frequent forklift traffic moving through aisles and racks. The facility uses stand-up forklifts, order pickers, RF scanners, hand tools, and power tools to support daily operations. Work involves handling materials such as wire, spools, and various products, with storage racks reaching heights of up to 40 feet. Multiple shift options are available, including 1st shift inbound roles (7:00 a.m. 3:30 p.m.), 2nd shift outbound roles (3:00 p.m. 11:30 p.m.), 2nd shift wire department roles (3:30 p.m. 12:00 a.m.), and 2nd shift custom assembly roles (1:30 p.m. 10:00 p.m.). The environment is fast-paced and physically active, with a strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and efficient material flow.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
