WAREHOUSE/ DELIVERY DRIVER
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a reliable and experiencedWarehouse/Delivery Driverfor a wholesale company based inHuntsville, AL. The company provides a large selection of HVAC and refrigeration parts, supplies, and equipment to customers throughout the area. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build your warehouse and delivery experience while supporting daily operations for an established wholesale supplier serving the HVAC and refrigeration industry.
Pay Rate
$21.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday
7:30am to4:30pm.
Warehouse/ Delivery DriverDuties and Responsibilities
- Climb ladders and perform warehouse tasks in a hot environment while maintaining safe work practices.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to safely move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Drive 26-foot box trucks and F350 flatbed trucks to make customer deliveries.
- Load customer vehicles and safely load and unload freight from trucks.
- Repeatedly lift and move heavy items throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Perform general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Warehouse/ Delivery DriverQualifications and Requirements
- ValidDriver’s License Required
- No commercial driving-related incidents.
- No major accidentsreportedwithin the previous 12 months.
- Must be punctual
