Cuddle Up Pup is a locally owned, dog-focused care facility dedicated to providing a safe, enriching, and loving environment for every dog in our care. We offer daycare, boarding, grooming, and specialized services, and we pride ourselves on treating each dog like familynot just a number.

As our Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting clients and their furry friends with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Answering phone calls and emails to schedule appointments or address client inquiries.
• Managing check-ins and check-outs for daycare, boarding, and grooming services.
• Keeping accurate records of client and pet information.
• Assisting with administrative tasks to ensure the front desk runs efficiently.
• Collaborating with the team to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all.

We’re seeking someone who is:

• Organized and detail-oriented: You can manage multiple tasks while keeping everything running smoothly.
