We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Caregiver/Teacher to join our team at 7495 Calder Avenue, Beaumont, TX. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where young minds can grow and thrive. You will lead daily educational activities, manage classroom dynamics, and build strong partnerships with families to support each child's unique development.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily age-appropriate lessons, storytelling, and creative play to stimulate emotional, social, and intellectual growth.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that complies with all state childcare licensing regulations.
• Observe and document child development and milestones to share updates and progress reports regularly with parents.
• Supervise children closely during all activities, including meals, outdoor play, and rest time, ensuring their health and safety.
• Provide compassionate care, emotional support, and guidance to children while managing behavioral dynamics with positive reinforcement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications, or willingness to obtain them within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive criminal background check and fingerprinting required by Texas state law.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods throughout the day.

Nice To Haves

• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Prior experience working specifically with infant, toddler, or preschool age groups in Beaumont, TX.
• Knowledge of Texas Minimum Standards for Child Care Centers.

Creative Learning Center is a childcare center located in Beaumont,Texas that provides care for children 6 weeks to 13 years old. Our hours of operation is Monday thru Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
