Assist in the operation of assembly machines including presses, drivers, and inspection stations
Establish daily work task plan and communicate to team members at start of the shift
Provide daily direction to team members during the shift to coordinate work flow
Provide OJT opportunities to team members to develop flexibility
Work in conjunction with supervisor to identify team member strengths and weaknesses and communicate development needs to training specialists
Monitor line and employee performance; provide feedback to team members to ensure compliance to safety, quality, maintenance, and operational standards.
Through example; demonstrate a commitment of excellence.
Complete and submit daily reports to ensure management information system is accurate.
