Temp-to-Hire
In-Office

A growing and well-established home improvement company serving the Portland Metro and Vancouver Metro areas is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative / Sales & Scheduling Coordinator to join their team.

The right person is reliable, caring, detail-oriented, comfortable with sales, and able to learn and retain a lot of information quickly. You’ll work across multiple systems throughout the day while coordinating customers, schedules, field employees, and job details.

Construction or home improvement experience is a strong plus, but we are also interested in candidates with strong call-center, customer service, scheduling, or sales backgrounds who have the ability and drive to learn the industry.

Pay

$22–$25/hour, depending on experience

  • Monthly performance bonus based on booking and customer-satisfaction goals
  • Regular pay reviews
  • Opportunity to grow into a Lead CSR / Office Manager role
