This role focuses on producing high-quality decking products in a safe, efficient manufacturing environment. You will support the full production process, from handling raw and finished materials to assisting with machine operation and extrusion line activities. The position is ideal for someone who is dependable, safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting that involves standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior manufacturing experience is helpful but not required, and there are clear opportunities for training and advancement.

Work EnvironmentThe role is based in a manufacturing facility where work takes place both indoors and outdoors. The facility is not climate controlled, so you will be exposed to varying weather conditions and must be comfortable working in very hot or cold temperatures. The environment is fast-paced and production-focused, with regular use of hand tools, tape measures, forklifts, and extrusion machinery. You will work around active production lines and equipment, following established safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
